Welcome to your 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Griffith. You can access all the property`s amenities throughout your visit.

BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized and twin single beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a Samsung smart TV that is connected to all local channels and which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car, free street parking on Burke Crescent, and there is also a visitor car park.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Griffith is the perfect place for those looking for something close to government offices but still in a cafe precinct. It is a very short walk to the Manuka Oval and Kingston cafes and foreshore.
You can take a bus from Griffith directly to the city. Use the bus stop on Wentworth Ave or Canberra Ave to catch the express bus.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

Scaffolding work is currently in progress on the external walls, surrounding the entire complex for the duration of the project.

Summary: This well-equipped property was more than adequate for my needs for the week I stayed there. Just need to be aware that undercover parking in the basement is tight - fine for a small car but would be difficult for a 4wd - you might need to park on the street if driving a large vehicle. Communication re lock codes was confusing until I figured out I needed to access the verb website to retrieve the details. The location was fine, with a range of facilities in the area - and Canberra is so easy to get about in anyway.
