Positive: We were told breakfast was not included so had to do our own. The location was prefect as our sons wedding was only a couple of miles away.

Negative: We could only find 4 eggs cups. Also I found only having 1 toaster for 19 people did not work.

Summary: We all had a lovely weekend and the house worked perfectly for all of us.

Positive: Beautiful big house that accommodated all our family members to celebrate a 70th birthday. The games room/lounge was a winner with children & teens while the adults enjoyed the bar/lounge area. Plenty of room in the spacious dining room to seat 20 people. All the bedrooms were comfortable.

Negative: It wasn't ideal that the 3 bedrooms downstairs had to share a bathroom & there was no lock on it, please put a lock on that bathroom ! The two large family bedrooms are large enough to have a bathroom installed in them.

Positive: The location and it being able to fit us all in as a family, suited all needs and very spacious.

Negative: No locks on bathrooms, no plastic/non breakable plates for the toddlers (everything else for little people was great) and running out of hot water, although after we learnt it was from two tanks we accommodated alternating shower times and it was fine.

Summary: Great for all ages, would stay again.
