This unit is on the 1st floor of a home with a separate entrance and completely locked off from the rest of the owners' house. Completely private, including your own back yard! The unit contains a kitchenette, fridge, 2-burner hot plate, convection microwave, sink, and coffee maker. There is a king in the main room and a full Murphy bed in a private separate space in the den area. There is no designated parking space, but there is usually ample street parking.

Summary: A very convenient location for us. My wife's brother lives 5 minutes away in a local neighborhood, so we could actually walk to his house from the Studio Apartment.We were a little confused about how to control the AC, but Justin got right back to us after we inquired. The space was clean and comfortable with a very spacious bathroom and shower and the king size bed was very comfortable too.Only minor suggestions: No salt in the shaker. Couldn't find any sugar. The refrigerator makes a very loud popping noise every 10-15 minutes. The hand soap and dishsoap are super stinky. The coffee filters are not the right size for the coffee maker. There needs to be a light over the kitchen sink.
