Negative: The exact location is a "hidden" gem so a better description of the exam t location would be helpful.Its Snug ,2 could be a little tight.

Positive: It was a lovely room. It was perfect for my needs. I liked the cooking facilities. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was really clean. The shower room was lovely.

Negative: I found there was no hot water, when I tried to take a shower! It took ages for the warm water to come on. When it did I had to turn the shower down to a trickle of water, coming out the shower. In the evening and early morning, the heating wasn't working, and it was quite chilly in the room.

Summary: Lovely room, just a few things needed looking at.

Positive: Accessibility was a major setback, getting to work and town was quite a Herculean task as the bus from the high street was often delayed or never showed up. And the taxis, cab or uber and bolt were not available at forest row, So these made quick moving around really dificult and logistics quite expensive.

Negative: The accommodation was really ok for us and met all our expectations excerpt for.few shortcoming like able to wash our laundry.

Summary: The host Joseph is really a darling and a very welcoming host. Was really receptive and helpful.

Positive: Very well equipped for my work trip - clever kitchenette that had everything you need to make dinner; comfy bed; en-suite shower room. The hosts checked in to make sure I had everything I needed but otherwise let me come and go as I needed. would definitely book again if I’m working in the area.

Negative: Sometimes it was tight parking on the road but I always found somewhere.
