Positive: This was a last minute booking as our original apartment suffered a flood the day before we were due to arrive. Close to metro station and supermarket. In four weeks traveling in Spain staying in multiple tourist apartments, this was the only time we had any face to face contact with a live person. We needed a late check-in due to train from Cadiz and this was not a problem. Lucia was extremely helpful and also made a great restaurant recommendation close by. Washing machine and drier - the latter very useful for a short stay.

Negative: Noisy location on extremely busy main road. Several items of furniture broken, as well as shower door. Latch on washing machine also broken - needed to insert a credit card to make it open. No air con, just ceiling fans. They were okay for late September, but the rooms would have been unpleasantly hot in full summer heat.
