Summary: This property is in a great location with a hot tub and pool for everyone to enjoy. The house is large and will sleep many people (we had 15). The house is in dire need of renovation and fixes. The shower downstairs does not drain (you will stand in 2-3 inches of water while showering).The sinks in the master bath are plugged. The main upstairs toilet floods (had to plunge a few times so we quit using it). There is mold in all the showers and water damage around the tubs, showers and toilets. The flooring in the kitchen area is coming apart at the joints. There were dead cockroaches under the master bed and a bottle of massage oil. The bedrooms 6 and 7 downstairs have a musty odor and feels damp. The A/C was preset and we could not adjust (supposedly set at 74). Contacted the owner and she told us that it is hotter in Hawaii so that is the way it feels. FYI, we are from Phoenix, Arizona. It gets much hotter there! The house did nicely host a large group and we did have a great time, fortunately we didn’t spend much time at the house as we traveled the beautiful island. I would not recommend this house until the owners renovate and do some repairs!!!
