Good to Know Before You Book:
· Landscaping, Pool & Pest Control: Our landscaper visits every other week, pool weekly and pest control is scheduled monthly. We do our best to avoid scheduling these services during guest stays, but exact timing can’t always be guaranteed.
· No Parties or Events: To ensure a quiet and respectful environment for all, we have a strict no-party policy. Violations may result in cancellation and removal from the property.
· Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras with audio are in use on the property.
· Booking Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book, provide a government-issued ID, sign a rental agreement, and pay a refundable security deposit (up to $500). Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
· Guest Responsibility: By booking, guests agree to accept full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during their stay.

Summary: Our whole experience was fantastic! The house was exactly as listed. It was perfect for a long girls weekend! Everything we needed was provided at the house. The house has been updated & has beautiful modern furnishings. The beds are extremely comfortable!! We loved enjoying the pool, hot tub & outside area. Codi & Victoria were amazing hosts. Check-in & out was seamless. They were extremely friendly & always responded quickly to all messages. Definitely one of the top VRBO experiences I’ve had!! I look forward to returning!

Summary: I met my daughter here as an in between from Tucson and Flagstaff and hoped for better weather, so I'm thankful the home is so nice because we had to spend a lot of time inside... It rained practically the entire weekend!! Home was cozy, TV's were easy to just log on and watch vs having to deal with remembering and registering new devices to my account. It was a little hard to just have the 1 bathroom, but if we were in a hotel we'd have the same situation. Beds are cozy, the sunlight throughout home is amazing and I thought it was an adorable house! Let me know if you ever want to sell.. it would be the best getaway place for us!!!
