Positive: We stayed here for spring break with 2 adults and 2 kids 4/6. It was a fantastic location right in Sea Pines by Harbour Town. So easy to access the harbor where we did a few excursions (Pirates of Hilton Head, Vagabond dolphin cruise), and you are biking/walking distance to a few playgrounds, as well as restaurants. The hosts were super responsive, answering questions before and during our stay. The accommodations are very clean, spacious, and there are nice thoughtful touches you don't often find in other rentals -- lots of usb charging plugs in logical spots throughout the room, for example.

Negative: The windows are older single pane, so you definitely can hear outside noise, including early morning trash trucks -- just a note in case anyone needs absolute quiet to sleep!

Summary: Great place to stay to explore Hilton Head -- clean, spacious, and thoughtful hosts.

Positive: Loved our Christmas stay! The owners were the best!!! The place looked just like the pictures and was fully stocked, everything we thought we forgot to bring, it was already there! They even decorated some Christmas cheer throughout the apartment! The kids enjoyed the coloring books! Will book again!!!

Positive: This condo is so lovely and has everything you could possibly need. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and we were very comfortable. It was wonderful to be right in Harbor Town (no need to search for parking) and to have the pool right across the street.
