Summary: It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Felt like we were home. It was close to our son who goes to school at UNI and also to our favorite stores and restraunts. The check-in and check-out was duoer easy. There was constant communication. The beds were comfortable and blanakets amazing. Only thing I would suggest is vacuuming after a guest has a dog with them. My son and i have allergies to long hair dogs and there was dog hair on the couch that made our allergies act up.oyher than that it was perfect and we will be back!!!
