Positive: Apartment was well done, clean, welcoming, spacious. Once i was familiar with neigjborhood, great accezs for grocert, gym, downtown and freeways

Negative: Business kept me out late before check in. Had difficulty identifying complex via GPS. Circled around a bit. Neighborhood was hard to quantify in dark. In the morning realized its a beautiful historic neigbborhood.

Positive: I visit this property quite often and find it to be reasonably priced. The decor is nice, and it includes a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is also fairly quiet.

Negative: If you stay in these units, try to book a top-floor unit if possible, as you can hear everything happening above and below. Even as a light stepper, it’s hard to avoid the squeaking floors. Besides the deposit paid through Booking.com, the host requires an additional $100 deposit via Zelle or PayPal. Although it’s supposed to be refunded after 24 hours, you may need to remind them, as they don’t always send it back automatically.

Negative: It was in a very old complex with only stairs to get up to the room on the 2nd floor. Yes it was renovated to a degree but still had very old ac that woke up at 3am with a fright. The floors were super noisy when walking. You could hear the neighbours even when they went to the loo. Not in close walking distance to anything
