Positive: House was brilliant. So roomy, clean and well equipped. It is a large house with plenty of space. Great location within short walking distance of restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighbourhood. Close to Broadway, Nissan stadium, Grand Old Opry etc (10 min drive). Whole experience was hassle free. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone and someday would like to come back. Great vacation and wonderful accommodation.

Positive: Loved the Bed Rooms/Theme with exception of pics/pillows of Johnny Cash giving the finger Open Space kitchen/Living lots of room for gatherings Master Bath beautiful and stylish Availability to washer/dryer Beautiful nostalgic home

Negative: Parking not inside gate-no clear view to car No covering over window on back door Light on back not bright enough Backyard not well maintained On arrival a few repairs needed pics below (stool missing a few rungs, vent by table, hand rails going upstairs are loose, fresh paint needed through out the house, doors-upstairs twin room-to attic area-not locked, blinds in kitchen missing slate making it possible to log in from outside

Positive: Great location, well maintained, with great character! Amenities were very much appreciated, including labels for what was where, in the kitchen + convenient access to washer & dryer + front porch, for relaxing outside, as well as a closed in back deck, that allowed direct access to and from off road parking & garbage bins. Property Manager, Andre, was VERY responsive, and, it was very much appreciated that we were allowed early check in. All of us commented that if we had a return trip here, to Nashville, we'd absolutely look at rebooking this property. We had an SUV rental, but, also made use of Uber, for day of game, and, the local bus service, which was efficient, and, nearest bus stop was easily accessible via foot, to/from the property, Loved that a Kroger + Publixx + public transit all nearby/within walking distance. PharmacyBurger was a great recommendation from Andre, and, also a short walk up the road.

Negative: VERY minor item on "wish list" for 3 of the 4 of us but nothing that would put any of us off rebooking this wonderful property. Was commented by 3 that got good sleep, but mattress being a little "shifty". One suggested, from personal experience, that two inch memory foam topper, might help mitigate. Same in our party commented that, they've been able to provide comfortable sleep in their guest room buying. at value price, mattress-in-box, via amazon + added a memory foam topper, for a nice guest experience (I can attest, as I'm staying there now, using it myself :) ) For me, I was fine, but, would've loved a softer pillow that is down of mock down like. There were a LOT of pillows for me to check, and, near all seemed some variation of memory foam, which to me is a bit less forgiving, but, other three I traveled with, seemed okay regarding pillows.

Summary: LOVED our stay and, would 100% rebook & recommend, especially w larger groups

Positive: House was comfortable for large group with good amenities for cooking a breakfast before we started our day. Clean and quiet neighborhood and easy access to Uber/Lyft. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: Wrong key code was given via email for check in but host luckily answered phone at 1:30am to give correct code. This was the only hiccup.

Summary: Great house and location for getting to all things Nashville had to offer with a quick Uber ride.

Negative: The ac didn’t work on the second floor, had to call to get it fixed. Also, my son left his headphones and when I contacted the property owner, i was ignored, So someone took my kids headphones
