Summary: There could not have been a better option for our stay! The size was perfect, the cleanliness and availability of anything we could possibly think was unmatched, and having a good sized garage for our ski equipment to dry out in and for keeping the jeep out of the snow was an option we didn’t realize we’d live SO MUCH! I’ve already shared this listing with 2 friends! We will definitely be back!

Summary: Extremely clean, quiet, modern and new spacious home with plenty of privacy to relax. Property manager was very quick to respond and attentive. The property had several comfort and entertainment amenities included for guests from local historical literature to puzzles, games and big screen televisions. The location offered our family a convenient drive to several attractions such as Monarch Pass and its Scenic Tramway, Gunnison National Forest, rafting and hiking in Brown's Canyon, Salida and the historic mining town of Leadville. We would definitely stay at this property again if available.

Summary: I celebrated my 49th bday in Salida and stayed here with my family. We have stayed in a LOT of vacation rentals, and I have never been in one so many wonderful amenities. think wireless charging stations, umbrella, picnic blanket, games, a nice electric kettle, a nice french press, every toiletry you could need. I never use the little bottles provided at other rentals, but I did use the nexus, the body wash, the nivea lotion. The place is spotless with extremely comfortable linens, plenty of towels. Really just perfect. Garrett was so thoughtful and kind. We will stay there again!
