New & Modern Home Centrally located to all Attractions!
The property is located prime location off Downtown LA. The home is thoughtfully designed for the entire family, wake up in one of our newly plush foam beds. Centrally located only 15 mins to downtown LA and 30-45 mins to Orange County. Close to some of the best restaurants in LA great desserts and Boba drinks. Spacious backyard for entertainment and very comfortable for family with small kids in mind.
The Space:
An inviting, open and relaxing space for your stay! The house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom suite is located on the ground floor and has 1 queen bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom located upstairs has 2 queen beds and the 3rd Bedroom also located upstairs has two Bunk beds and shares the bathroom. The master bedroom located upstairs has a King bed and has its own bathroom. Both suites have TVs. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A charcoal BBQ grill, washer and dryer located in the garage are available for your use. Backyard has a swing and slide for the kids and foosball set with an arcade for kids to be entertained. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, and cooking essentials. There are plates, cups, mugs, utensils, and cookware available. We also provide complimentary:

Summary: In overall, we enjoyed staying at the property very much. It was spacious and clean. All the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were nice. It has a nice, safe and secure driveway. It would be nice if the pots and pans, coffee mugs, forks and knives and plates were more in decent condition. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Beautiful home to stay in with all my family. Pool table, darts and basketball game a plus! Was able to make it work with 3 big trucks in the driveway..no complaints here.

Summary: This property was amazing! A group of friends and I needed a place to stay while we went to a wedding and this place didn’t disappoint. It was clean, just as described, and the host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place for any groups traveling in the LA area. My only complaint would be that the bunk beds didn’t feel very secure and would shake easily so I think that can be fixed. Otherwise thank you Esther for an amazing stay.
