Modern, clean, centrally located stand alone home featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 bathroom on it’s own private lot in San Gabriel.
Home has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking and having a nice meal at home. Home is stocked with linens, towels and shampoo. There is a large front yard enclosed for added privacy. There is also a side patio area and large backyard for our guests to enjoy some outdoor time.
This is a 1,100 square foot single home nested within a friendly and safe residential neighborhood in the heart of San Gabriel. Only a 5-10 minute short walk to supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, banks, restaurants and many other local businesses. A perfect place to stay with close proximity to everything you need!
The nightly price is based upon up to 2 people. After that, an extra $20 per person, per night is automatically added to the price you see during booking. Please note the house can accommodate a maximum 4 people total.

Summary: Overall it was a nice clean place with off-street parking. We enjoyed our time here.

Summary: This was a super quick trip to see the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl game, so we didn’t really spend much time there; late nights and early mornings. That being said this little house is in good shape for guests. Looks like it’s been remodeled and updated. We are football fans and as such what happens at the end of the season is those games get spread out to Channels that are not necessarily local. This home has Roku and Netflix but no cable so I wasn’t sure if I was gonna be able to figure out how to cast it off of my iPhone so we ended up going into Pasadena to watch the football game on New Year’s Eve. Also, I had seen or thought I had seen that there was a Keurig so I brought all my pods because you know… Coffee. And there was no Keurig there although there was a coffee pot but we couldn’t find any coffee there either so that may have just been something that I misread or the Keurig was missing for some reason. I don’t know. Michael is very responsive. Realize that there is only one bathroom so if you have four ladies, it could be congestive, but it worked for us and was overall happy with this stay…

Summary: This is always our choice of places to stay when we are in the area. Nice, clean, comfortable. Great communication with owner who is friendly and responds quickly if we have any questions. Summary: Stayed for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. House was very clean, bed was comfortable, and kitchen had everything you would want to cook any type of meal.
