Positive: Location for access to Canberra CBD was excellent - short walk to the tram. Other shopping requires transport as the local shops are too far to walk. The unit is new, very clean with large bathroom and comfortable bedroom, has laundry and cooking facilities and is on the ground floor with outdoor sitting area. The area is very quiet and the unit is a good size for 1 or 2 people - fairly small for families.

Negative: Not too much to complain about. A welcome book with instructions on how to access the upper floors to find the rubbish bins (on first floor which I could not access) and a newer cooking pan would be appreciated. Also, the dryer is located high on the wall and it proved difficult to remove clothing so a small step ladder would be useful.

Summary: Great stay, quiet area, new unit, very clean, not bad price.

Positive: Neat and spacious with a well equipped kitchen.

Negative: The process of getting the keys seemed flawed. The lock box was behind a locked/fob required gate/door. We only managed to get into the secure shared courtyard to get to the front of the property because someone had left the back gate open.

Positive: This apartment was immaculate and I had everything I needed for a comfy stay. Amy was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Canberra was cold and wet during my trip, so I loved the central heating and that I could make an espresso with the pod machine when I arrived (plus there was a supply of tea for after dinner). Everything was squeaky clean, wifi was easy to connect to and the connection was strong during my online (video) classes. I appreciated the supply of shampoo/conditioner/body wash and the extra large towel, and the super comfy bed. I only stayed two nights so only used the microwave for food prep, but the kitchen & utensils are available to make simple meals for two. Would definitely stay again!

Negative: This is minor, but thought it worth noting for any light sleepers: the bedroom wall is right next to one of building's main entrances and I could sometimes hear the havy door slam as other occupants were entering/leaving the area. It was rare, but the first time it happened I got a bit of a fright but after that, it wasn't a huge issue.

Summary: Immaculate, new and super comfortable apartment, 10min drive from Canberra centre
