Summary: Great place minutes from Bob Secours arena and downtown. Came down from Asheville for the night for a concert. Place is quiet, safe and was everything we were looking for. Very clean and easy check in process.

Summary: This was our first time visiting Greenville. The city was great but our visit was made even better by staying at the Fleetwood. The decor was right out of a magazine and we had all the amenities we could have wanted or needed. Much better lodging than staying in a hotel. Chase was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.
