Summary: 5 Stars all the way around. Property was impeccable. Great layout and had something for everyone. House and property were very well laid out. The house manager went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated in every capacity and that we were completely taking care of.

Summary: We stayed at this incredible property during a visit to Arizona with family and friends. We took advantage of the several amenities by hosting a small gathering of families with kids of all ages. Everyone had something fun to do! We ran into a couple of small issues outside the property management’s control. The managers responded to the problems immediately and provided solutions. I’ve stayed at many short-term rentals and never experienced this level of service!

Summary: This vacation home exceeded expectations! The house is modern and very clean with every amenity we could ask- for plus extras! The bedrooms were gorgeous with attached bathrooms and walk-in closets. The kitchen (s) were fabulous! We were able to prepare all meals on site, and store all of our food and beverages in their respective double kitchens! The location of the home is very nice, in a neighborhood with homes that are very spread out, with privacy. We were happy to enjoy so much wildlife from the comfort of the backyard (birds, lizards, coyotes). The pool and hot tub are very nice, with a fun waterslide for the kids. It did cost extra to warm the hot tub (more for the pool too), but it was worth it for us to warm up quickly in the evening or after a swim in the pool. The golf green was a hit, as we were able to both putt and chip. We enjoyed the variety of extra activities ping pong, billiards, video games, golf, bags, and playing basketball every day! There are lots of ranches nearby and we took the kids on a horseback ride. The home is close to many grocery stores and restaurants for fast access. We will definitely return for another family vacation! :)

Summary: Breakthrough Acres provided everything we could hope for when booking a sunny vacation with our children and seven grandchildren. The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked and the kitchen worked very well for a family that loves to cook. We all found our beds to be very comfortable and our ensuite bathrooms immaculate. As great as the house was, the outdoor space was spectacular! The landscaping is pristine, the outdoor furniture comfortable and plentiful, and the pool, hot tub, golf pitch and playground designed for fun. Everyone loved it! The owner, Doug, and agent, Ryan, were very welcoming and responsive to our few inquiries. Breakthrough Acres was a great vacation choice for our family.

Summary: Wow! This property is absolutely a dream! The house is beautiful! We brought our kids who are all married and have young children to this property for a week. We had a total of 15 people (8 adults and 7 children). This property is so spacious we never felt cramped. The utility room has TWO washers and dryers! We thoroughly enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen and the outdoor kitchen!! And the BACKYARD!! Our grandkids range from 2 months to 8 years old. They had so much fun going from the pool with a slide, to the play gym, to the sandpit, to the putting greens, to the hot tub, and relaxing on the outdoor furniture taking a break while watching their favorite show on an outdoor television. We can't say enough good things about this property! The location was amazing as well! You won't regret one second of your vacation if you decide to stay here!! Trying to remind myself of this thoughtful quote from Dr. Seuss "Don't cry because it's over; smile because it happened."
