Summary: The house was well provisioned, clean, and beautiful. The location is wonderful as it is in a very safe area, Publix and restaurants are close, and of course the beach/ ocean is the back yard. The communication with our host was excellent and prompt. I would give them an extra star if I could!

Summary: The location and proximity to the beach is wonderful. The little pool was a nice touch but quite small. (More a plunge pool). The decor is outstanding and quite lovely. While we had a nice stay, there were definitely a few frustrations specifically because the per night charge was so high. 1.) The breakers kept popping off when using specific features, we had to reset them 5 times as the power didn’t work for the dishwasher or for the master bedroom upstairs 2.) We found little bugs upstairs in the guest bedroom (I realize that it’s Florida but it was still a little unnerving) 3.) The floors were not cleaned well and were grimy 4.) Moderately stocked kitchen for traditional cooking, missing a few items (garlic press, hand mixer, large fry pan, etc) 5.) We ran out of dishwashing detergent/pods, paper towels and laundry detergent Overall we had a nice stay and the staff was easy to work with and very accommodating. For the price (it was marked up due to winter break) the value wasn’t quite there, but if you can get it on an offseason price it would be a good stay.
