Negative: Slow internet speed during the night. Even when I used my mobile data, it still slows down. This is probably due to the new location of the subdivision. Will likely improve as more houses gets built.

Negative: Wasn't aware of the shared home. We felt a bit aware of not being noisy as we could hear the people in the main house but it's not an issue if you only staying a night or two

Positive: It is a spacious new property. The ducted air conditioning system was brilliant in keeping us warm during the cold winter nights. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and equipment we needed.

Negative: The house is adjacent to another dwelling, separated by internal walls. At times there was a lot of noise heard from the adjacent dwelling.
