Summary: We had a group of family members, 35. The location and home were wonderful. Our only complaint was the bathroom set up in the 3rd floor wasn’t the greatest when traveling with that many families. The home overall was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it. Communication with rental company was fantastic and they handled with ease any questions we had.

Summary: Is group of guys wanted to relax after our finals, and this place was perfect as it was right there in the beach, that was also close to many restaurants in walking distance on the beach as well. Host was very nice and helped with any problem we had within that hour. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Awesome house and location. 2 minute walk from the beach. Great outside area with a great grill and hot tub. Putting green is awesome. Balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floor are great as well. House has everything you can ask for. Great stay and definitely worth the money

Summary: Everything was absolutely incredible from the house to the hosts...Great ocean views, close proximity to the beach, Was great relaxing in the hot tub watching football. It's close to all the attractions. Plenty of room for our crew of 14 to spread out. Jeff responds immediately to any questions...Even the pool guy was super friendly. We vacation twice a year and this house and Host are by far the easiest and nicest place we have stayed. We have stayed at more expensive places but not better...Thanks for helping make memories Jeff
