Independent loft of 30 mtr2 within the space of my newly built house with lots of natural light thanks to its 5 windows all outside. Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you arrive in Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, the shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB. Located 7 'by car from the UAB. Large supermarket, pharmacy, banks and shops at 200 mtr.

Summary: Our stay at this apartment was amazing. The apartment was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities. The owner was extremely kind and made sure that we were comfortable and happy. He went as far as leaving us a few necessities such as a plate of cookies, water and milk. The neighbourhood was extremely quiet, private and safe. The train station was only a short 10 minute walk away from the apartment and a train easily took to the centre of Barcelona and back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Barcelona and would definitely revisit myself! Thank you again for your amazing hospitality, Alberto!
