Summary: Walking distance to Cocoa Village is the BIG attraction. The condo is O.K. - a little more attention to cleaning detail would be appreciated, as would a better stock of cutlery! Biggest issues was noise from people moving around upstairs - possibly an artifact of the buildings age - maybe carpet in the upstairs unit would help?

Summary: Great location for everything that we wanted to do. Check in was easy. There could have been better direction to the parking lot since quite a few of the roads are one way. The unit was quite. I think that we were the only people who used the pool during our wntire stay. There were a few small items that the condo seemed to be missing, but really not a big deal. We usually pack lunches and most places have a drawer with sandwich bags, twist ties, rubber bands, and that sort of thing. The dish liquid was also empty. Small things, but something to consider for future guests. Overall great stay.

Summary: We loved our two week stay. The location couldn't be better. It's right next to the pool on the ground floor so no stairs to climb. We walked in to the Village a couple of times a day to shop and eat. We were at The Wine Lady so often people started to know us by name. :). There are some really good restaurants there. The condo was convenient to exploring the Space Coast and Cocoa Beach. A dedicated parking space is provided. We even cooked a couple of meals there. The place isn't very big but the owner has done a remarkable job with making use of the space. It is beautifully decorated with nice finishes. We would definately stay there again.
