Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Max and John’s villa. It was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. Max provided us with plenty of information for places to eat locally as well as places to visit. The local pizza was delicious and the view from the villa can not be beat. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting the Tuscany area.

Summary: The location was central to everywhere we wanted to visit. The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing. The local people were extremely friendly and helpful. We would love to go again. We only had one issue and that was that the lower level never warmed up. It was a bit chilly and our daughter and her two young children were on that level.

Summary: My husband and I spent 10 nights in the villa with a group of friends. It was wonderful in every aspect – plenty of room, very clean, nicely furnished, a convenient location, and lovely views. It truly felt like a home when we returned from our daily outings. We had the best combination of beautiful countryside living and easy access to the highway for day trips to Pisa, Lucca, the coast. It was a short drive to the train stations and grocery stores. We will definitely recommend the villa to friends travelling in the area.

Summary: This villa was perfect for my group of 10. It was centrally located in the middle of Tuscany. It was well equipped with hair dryers,coffe pots,etc. Clean with tons of sheets ,blankets,etc. Best part was Laura who came in and cooked for all 10 of us several times during our 10 day stay.
