Positive: Everything was in great condition and it was nice size house for what would have been six guests but only ended up being four.

Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like but there were a few issues that I think the owners / renters should know. The green chair in the sitting room next to the end table had a crooked leg so when I investigated it, there were two bolts that were not attached on the two front legs. The other thing was in the downstairs bedroom near the game room, the door knob was missing but the inner parts were there. My guest had to text another guest upstairs because she got locked in that room with no door knob. This was a minute issue and was resolved fast because my guest had her cell phone with her. I also noticed a crack in the front window which I notified the owner / renter on the Airbnb website. The chair that had issues and the crack in the window did not deter us from having a good time. We had a wonderful time at this location and would definitely go back and stay there, possibly for a week or so.

Negative: The place had very little furniture in the upstairs living room, the master bathroom smelled so bad we had to keep the door closed the whole time we were there and didn’t use it. The kitchen was not stocked very well with towels, utensils, pans, pot holders, etc. There were no wash clothes and there were pieces of chips upstairs and downstairs on the floors when we arrived.

Summary: It was just an ok stay would never rent again.
