This property is beautiful and newly renovated! It is situated on a private cove directly on Lake Hartwell. Either come for relaxation, for the 7 minute drive to Clemson to root for some Clemson Football, or make College visits! The property has a huge dock, sleeps up to 12, and offers many amenities. Day trip to Asheville NC, Charlotte NC, Greenville SC, and various other surrounding areas!
You can enjoy your time indoors relaxing on the screen porch, reading, working on puzzles, playing board games, playing darts or ping pong, or cooking/baking in the fully equipped kitchen. For those that prefer outdoor activites, sit on the dock, take a swim, fish, or spend the day on the paddleboards or kayaks provided; you can pull right up to a number of many beachable areas for a rest, swim, or nice picnic.
Please note, all renters will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a national photo ID. No pets, and no renter under the age of 26. Your rental will be terminated immediately if you are found to be in violation of these terms.

Summary: Fabulous location - so close to Clemson University. The house was exactly as described. Clean linens, clean towels, clean spaces. My recommendations would be better lighting on the steep driveway. We arrived after dark and it was nearly impossible see the curve of the driveway from the street. Also, since the driveway is very steep, there should be a railing or some sort of support. and also a railing into the house. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back.

Summary: The house has everything you can imagine! It felt very comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed evenings by the fire pit and the gorgeous view of the lake. It is also located very conveniently to Clemson.

Summary: We stayed here for parents weekend with friends. The location was very convenient to campus and the stadium - only 5-10 mins away. Property was clean and communication with owner was very good. It is accurately described in the listing and in the overview material for the house, but the driveway is very steep and a bit challenging to navigate, but again that was all disclosed upfront. Overall we enjoyed the house and convenience to events on campus.

Summary: We were attending at Clemson football game with family- our sons, daughters in law and grandchildren. House was well stocked with games for the kids, life jackets etc to go in the lake. Sleeping arrangements worked out well. Location is fantastic- close but quiet & peaceful. The only negative is that the driveway is very steep.

Summary: Stayed for the week while my son went to Clemson ⚽️ camp. We were in a quiet area on the lake yet minutes from campus. We enjoyed kayaking from our backyard, several day trips to nearby waterfalls and a day of shopping in Greenville. Great stay (all the little conveniences like toiletries, water bottles, snacks and more) with great owners who were super friendly and quick to respond!

Summary: Great Lake house big enough for the whole family. Basement area was perfect for our grown kids and teens to hang out. Dock was excellent. Kayaks and paddle boards were a hit. Kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need. House was clean. The beds were comfy. Great communication from owners. 5 stars all the way. No complaints at all.

Summary: What a great house ! Well kept, lots of space, well stocked kitchen, lots to do. Beautiful spot on the lake, so the kids paddle boarded off the dock every day. The house is loaded with games and puzzles. Very convenient to Clemson. And Matt is an awesome host - always reaching out to ensure that everything was perfect. Looking forward to renting this house again in the future.

Summary: Fabulous lake home! It is well stocked, felt like home, except we had a beautiful lake view. Very close to Clemson campus. Our family enjoyed the following provided items- kayaking, paddle boards, darts, screen porch, ping pong and board games. Their were t.v.'s in all bedrooms and living room but we never turned them on. The kitchen was well stocked and everything labled very well. Check in and out was extremely easy and communicating with the host was simple. I highly recommend this lake home!
