Positive: The apartment was pretty nice. We encountered a few problems with the washing machine (leaking) and the bathroom (the flushing did not work properly) but we told the staff and they resolved both problems fairly quickly. We had an additional bill for excessive use of water but again, since it was due to the leaking of the washing machine, we didn't have to pay it.

Positive: One of the best value near CBD, super friendly staff always there to help you, 10mins walk to the subway station, sparkling lobby and lift area.
