Summary: It's not my desire to leave a negative review, but due to lack of response from the property they simply confirmed my experience. I wrote a letter and provided it explaining the challenges but was not respected with a response. In short a "bait and switch" approach was attempted. I was professional but displeased and eventually brought to the property that was pictured and contractually agreed upon. The view was magnificent. The property had a few maintenance issues but overall we enjoyed our stay. I am very disappointed by the lack of follow up by the property management and would avoid using their services again due to the bait and switch attempt.
