Positive: A pleasant, quiet, and safe neighborhood apartment with good transport connections (Canary Wharf is a 10-minute bus ride away, a DLR station is also a 10-minute walk), even Greenwhich is just a 25-minute walk via the tunnel under the Thames. We collected the key from a key box. The apartment itself has three floors; the second and third floors are the most comfortable to stay on, as the bathroom and kitchen are located there. The ground floor room with four beds involves a lot of stair climbing whether you want to go to the bathroom or the kitchen, it can be tiring after an all-day sightseeing tour for older people with less mobility. The kitchen is excellently equipped with cookware and basic food items (coffee capsules, sugar, salt, tea) and the best place with sunshine in the morning. The small garden looks nice, surely it is an adorable spot to relax in the evening in warmer season - we have been there in November, so we could not use it.

Positive: As soon as we entered the house we was greeted with a nice smell and also the house was very spacious and clean for 6 people. The toilet had lots of toiletries and each room had a TV which was good for entertainment. Overall for 2 nights our experience was amazing and i would highly recommend due the location its based in you will have easy access to the metro. The staff was also were understanding and cooperative. Thank you for keeping us as guests
