Summary: Property good but minor structural issues need addressing. Maintenance needed: water leaks in walls, drainage in showers, some doors stick, missing window covers, stained and damaged flooring downstairs. Recommended upgrades: bigger dining table for large parties, desk in common area or entryway near front bedroom, seating in master bath closet, towel racks in bathrooms, master bath needs toilet paper holder.

Summary: Check in was really easy. Home is beautiful, beds were really comfortable, house was clean and smelled really good. BUT!. No hot water for 3 of the 4 nights. When we went upstairs the heat was 96 degrees. House would not cool down. The AC did not work until the last night of our stay. We washed the dishes by hand because the dishwasher smelled really bad like a mixture of manure & feces and left a film on the dishes. The manager did stay in contact with us everyday even when maintenence & plumbers had to show up to the house 4 times. Also there was a hole in the wall and ants were crawling all over the wall. We had to buy ant killer to keep them at bay. Overall not a comfortable vacation home. Unless you like cold water & Hot air blowing on you at 3am in the morning. The home needs better cooking pans and only had 8 plates. It was nice to have parking inside the fenced yard since the neigborhood is a bit sketchy.
