Positive: Above all, the staff at the reception were exceptionally kind. Regina, Goodluck, and all the other staff members were incredibly welcoming and helpful. And the food at the restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel was truly to my taste. Since I enjoyed the breakfast (included in the stay) and dinner here, I didn't need to specifically search for other restaurants. I arrived in Arusha in the Impala bus from Nairobi, getting off at the Arusha Clock Tower. I walked slowly to the accommodation using an offline Google map that I had downloaded in advance. For the SIM card, the accommodation arranged for a Vodacom staff member to come, so I was able to purchase it comfortably right at the hotel. Khan's Barbeque, which is located very close by, was also worth visiting once. I traveled to Moshi by taking a bus from the bus stand right in front of the hotel, and the fare was very cheap at 5,000 shillings. I stayed here twice—once before the Serengeti tour and again after the Serengeti tour. The location, the hotel's restaurant, and the friendly staff—these three things were all great here. I highly recommend it!
