Positive: This place is wonderful. Super clean. Brand new. Staff service is above and beyond. Our flight was delayed and arrived after the kitchen closes. The hotel texted us to make sure we are ok, and made sure we have food ready when we got there, even though the kitchen was closed. Beds are super super comfy.

Negative: They need to look at the drain in the bathroom. Sometimes the water doesn’t drain fast enough and the shower overflows. But everything was super clean. Hot water. Great water pressure.

Summary: A wonderful stay after a long flight.

Positive: The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived. We even had a transfer from them from Arusha airport. We also had a tour of Arusha and surrounding area for a small charge. Absolutely brilliant stay.
