Summary: We stayed with multiple families for a baseball tournament. Easy drive to the USSSA Space Coast Complex. This house was very clean, well stocked. The rooftop area was great for relaxing!

Summary: I stayed here with some family for a family wedding. Venue was less than 15 minutes away, however, we were pleasantly surprised to find how central this location was to so many other fun things! Quick drive to the beach and grocery stores, walk to the River, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.Our whole group found the rooftop patio to be the best spot to wind down for the evening. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was at our fingertips.

Summary: Beautiful brand new home. Great location for trips to the beach, downtown Cocoa, Merritt Island birding. Home was clean, well equipped, great communication, and we really enjoyed the rooftop access. We will be back to Cocoa next year and will definitely be staying here!
