Located in front of the beach, between channels 3 and 4, next to the Church of the Embaré, 5 minutes walking from bakeries, Pão de Açúcar supermarket, good restaurants, craft fairs and commerce in general. The beach is just across the street. Condo all accessible to wheelchair users and the elderly.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT
Excellent apartment, fourth floor, newly renovated condominium, all new inside, in a quiet and familiar condominium. Excellent natural ventilation, new room and bedroom furniture, purchased for the summer of 2016. Apartment completely renovated in December 2015.
Living room - large, balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Two new sofa beds, table with 6 chairs and television (open channels).
Bedroom 1 - New laminate flooring, new double bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe and partial view to the beach.
Bedroom 2 - New laminate flooring, double bed box type of excellent quality, ceiling fan with free and private view.
Bathroom 1 - Large and airy, all renovated, shower excellent.
Bathroom 2 - New, renovated in 2017.
Full kitchen, with new stove and refrigerator, counter for fast meals, large granite sink, complete equipment, cafeteria, microwave oven, etc.
Laundry - Independent, separated from the rest of the apartment, with tank and washing machine available for use. Large hanging clothesline.
Separate social and bath entry
Balcony overlooking the pool and beach.
Adult and children heated pools all year round.
Covered garage (1 parking space), 24 hour security and access control.
