Summary: Excellent team, great facilities, the room was clean, comfortable and well proportioned. Reception were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and restaurant service friendly and courteous without being overbearing. We really enjoyed the spa facilities and the grounds were lovely. We will definitely go back.

Summary: The staff were very obliging .The receptionists were welcoming . The restaurant staff were always helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant was too small for the number of people wanting breakfast. Meaning staff rushing around trying to please and cater for all their clients.

Summary: Just got back from a stay that felt like a dream birthday treat and retreat. The hotel was cosy, beautiful. The ground was so peaceful, it felt like time slowed down. Every corner invited calm and rest. Above all though, was the staff. They were genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. It surpassed my expectations. I can’t recommend New Hall enough.

Summary: I’ve stayed at a few handpicked hotels and I don’t think this hotel met its usual standard. Mainly because the hotel was tired and needed a make over. Staff were friendly and although breakfast was slow the lady at front of house was great.
