This luxurious 30A dream home is loaded with everything you need and more for the perfect vacation!
On the first floor, you’ll be greeted by a huge foyer as you step inside, which connects in to the large game room with fun for all ages featuring a custom poker table, a ping pong table, board games, and a convenient wet bar! This level also includes a mud room with commercial-grade ice maker (great for filling up coolers!), a full-size laundry room, and two spacious bedrooms both with King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with a glass showers in both. There is also access to the back yard which has Adirondack chairs and corn hole on the shaded astro-turf area.
The second floor is the heart of the home! Starting with the fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring a 6-burner Wolf stove with gas burners and a griddle, dual ovens, custom cabinetry, and a large skullery (pantry room) connected behind the kitchen. The open-concept layout lets the kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room and into the main living room, where floor-to-ceiling glass sliders provide the most breathtaking Gulf views! Step out from the living room to your own outdoor retreat with expansive glass balcony! Enjoy the private pool with oversized sun shelf, built-in gas BBQ grill, and take in the stunning views of the Gulf.
Also on the second floor is an additional living room complete with oversized comfortable seating for a large group, and a stunning built-in wet bar, providing an extra space to gather and spread out or let the kids watch movies. A full bathroom with a glass shower is also located on this floor.
Ascending to the third floor, you'll find two stunning master bedrooms. The first features a King bed, a 55" frame TV, an office nook, a built-in wet bar, a private sitting area with sofa, a HUGE custom walk-in closet, a private balcony with sweeping Gulf views, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a massive glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second master suite also has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. You'll also find the second full laundry room on this level.
The fourth floor boasts a third living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa and additional lounge/TV space, while the workout room, complete with a Pilates machine, is perfect for those who like to stay active. Step out from the workout room onto the fourth-floor terrace, where you’ll have one of the best vantage points for panoramic views and unforgettable sunsets over the water!
This level also features the final three bedrooms. The last master bedroom is complete with a King bed, TV, private wine fridge, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The next room is a guest room with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The final bedroom is a bunk room with one set of Queen-over-Queen bunks, a TV on each bunk, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
With the beach right in your backyard, there's no need to take your car anywhere! You can also take the included LSV to explore the area - it is street legal and just a few minutes to tons of local restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues!

There is parking for two cars in the garage, as well as 2 additional cars in the driveway!

Please note that the elevator is not for guests' use.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
LSV is not to be driven past the town of WaterColor to the West or past The Big Chill to the East. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in before the heater will be turned on; it is available October 1 - April 30 for $50/day.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
