Positive: The place was even better than the pictures- spotlessly clean, beautifully organised, and very comfortable. The location was excellent and very convenient because there are many shops and restaurants next door. Communication with Nasar (host) was smooth and quick and the helper at the property was incredibly welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

Positive: Perfect stay in a great location. The property is ideally located 10-12 minutes from the airport and only 5 minutes from luton central train and bus station. All amenities are very close including restaurants, grocery stores and the town centre is also only 5 mins making everything very convenient. The house itself is clean, warm, modern and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Positive: Really outstanding place to stay, superclean and secure. Host was very approachable and reachable on whatsapp throughout the stay for anything we needed. The staff/people he works with were very friendly and welcoming and so we had no problems checking in. We came with our vehicle and the Host was very helpful with information on local laws and parking. Place is really convenient for a long or short stay as it is surrounded by convenient stores and a fruit shop right next door. Place is strict against noise and disruptions so we had a peaceful stay. Room was double bedded with a small lounge, and a lovely bathroom. Kitchen is large, well equipped with 2 modern stoves for convenience. This is the kind of place I can keep going back to. Strongly recommend.

Positive: Rooms clean. No assigned parking but spaces available for overnight on nearby roads. Good for the price. Full kitchen to use which was kept clean. Tenants respected quiet hours.

Negative: Key handover a little strange as per other comments here. Phoned the host on arrival. Someone arrived to had me keys within 10 mins so wasn’t inconvenienced too much. Front door was unlocked when I arrived which was a cause of concern for overnight safety. I locked it before going to sleep, but in the morning it was unlocked so anyone can walk in. Inevitable for the check out process. I am still trying to get an invoice for my stay for which I am delayed in submitting to my work. No TV on the stand. Toilet seat broken and on the floor - host text me telling he had a replacement but never communicated further to come and fix it.

Summary: Convenient location for the work I was doing nearby.
