Summary: The property was clean with enough linens for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with great appliances and coffee pods were provided as well as enough tp and paper towels for our stay. The location was perfect- quiet neighborhood for walks and not alot of traffic but close enough to all major shopping areas and a quick trip to the beach. Be prepared to make your own beds- not a big deal for us- and the check in and check out process was easy. Great back yard with plenty of space for our dog to run. We did find a few bugs that we treated for but it did not taint our experience at all. The space was decorated very nicely, and 7 adults were very comfortable. We did enjoy the game room as well. I would definitely recommend.
