Positive: The beds were so comfortable, and with good bedding! Close to many attractions, stores and restaurants. The room was very clean. I also loved that there was a fire pit and many chairs outside, as well as a large indoor pool area.

Negative: Parking was a little tight due to the mounds of snow.

Summary: Very good accommodations, would definitely stay here again

Positive: It was clean, good location. Liked the fireplace and that you could make reservations for dinner. Refrigerator and Microwave in the room.

Negative: They ask you to check in after 3 and there is only someone in the office until 5. Only a 2 hour window for check in. The beds are too high and uncomfortable. There wasn't any maintenance done for snow removal. Deck was icy and full of snow. The TVs had the different remotes but when you turned off one, the other would turn on. We paid over $300 a night and they wanted to tack on another $8 for soap and shampoo to purchase. Say it saves on waste. Room could be configured a little differently. Eliminate some large chairs and put in a small dinette with a table by the picture window. We have stayed here numerous times and our Honeymoon was here since before the renovations and it was more affordable. The staff was more attentive in previous visits. If I owned a lodge like this, I wouldn't leave for the day knowing all my guests weren't checked in and leave envelopes outside with their name on them. Didn't seem like they put their guests first.

Positive: The room was awesome! It had exactly what I was looking for, private, quiet, and a jacuzzi. Tuckermans tavern across the street was phenomenal, great drinks and excellent food!

Positive: We love this place. Went once for our anniversary and now its our go to weekend getaway spot. Tuckerman's attached is a great place to get drinks and food!!!

Negative: Not that we didnt like it but some of the jets in our hot tub did not work. I would just advise them to check them when cleaning the room and maybe perform some preventative maintenance. Other than that there is nothing we didnt like.
