Positive: Location was perfect, walkable to Beale Street, Civil Rights museum, Riverside Park, and more. On site parking easy to use. Bed was very comfy and the whole place was super clean. Excellent communication from the hosts prior to/during our stay. The list of recommended places to eat and pick up essentials was helpful. We may have been there at a quieter time - hosts provide ear plugs and sleep mask, but we didn't need to use them.

Negative: The TV remote control was a bit frustrating in terms of the volume control on the side - not as intuitive to use as one might think. Running AC was a bit noisy, though mostly in the bathroom.

Summary: A spacious and very well kept apartment with parking, in a perfect location.

Positive: Location was great! Restaurants right there and close by. Parked the car and left it, Beal St was a few blocks walking distance.

Negative: Did not get code to the outside door, had to call the owners, so good thing I had a hard copy print out that had their contact information. The kitchen garbage was completely full, we had to take it to dumpster.

Positive: Lovely place to stay, great location, really central, yet quiet and chilled. Tim was great with communication and left great suggestions and guidance in the apartment for where to visit/eat etc. Lots in walking distance. Really comfortable and practical apartment - loved the access to the washer/dryer as we're travelling so this was mega appreciated and convenient! Would definitely come again - thanks Tim and Midtown Stays 👍🏻😊

Positive: This place was amazing. Very comfortable for two people. The location was outstanding to restaurants, museums, Beale Street. The trolley was also close to ride. We will be back. Free parking

Negative: No elevators. Have to walk up stairs but so worth it.

Positive: The apartment is very large and top notch, with everything you need. Very calm at night. Kitchen was very well equipped! Nice big table to have breakfast. Parking felt secure.

Positive: Great location nice bed, TV worked and comfortable sofa, one allocated parking space. Central location - great restaurant downstairs. Very close to Beale street etc.

Negative: It’s a refurbished warehouse which means the plaster board has been taken off the walls. Plasterboard acts as noise insulation, so sound travels, you can hear peoples alarms going off and if they stand and talk on the stairs outside the bedroom you hear every word!
