Positive: The location is perfect. 30’ walking to city center and 10 by bus, which had its stop around the corner. It was very clean, the bathroom was big and it also has amenities such as towels, shampoo, soap and shower gel. And the kitchen was full equipped. Also the instructions to get into the apartment were very clear and the customer service was asking mid stay if everything was ok, very attentive

Negative: The pillows could be better. It would also be great to have something to clean and dry the kitchen, besides the sponge.

Positive: It was nicely decorated and contained everything you need. It was really easy to communicate with arca properties and they were really kind as well.

Negative: I booked this accommodation, but got replaced to a different apartment without consultation. It was still a nice apartment but the neighbourhood felt a bit shady at night. I also thought it was not really clean, with small pieces of trash still in the bathroom and sticky floors through the whole place.

Positive: The property is comfortable and clean. It has all you need for a good stay. You even have an iron and a hair dryer. The location is near the central station, and about 20min from the center. Also the staff is attentive and asks for input.

Negative: The system to get the keys and the codes is a bit messy. Had to call the property on arrival to get instructions and some codes were not the same as the explanatory video.
