Summary: Had a fantastic 4-night stay while in town for a mountain bike race in Fayetteville. Property is fully equipped, including everything you might need in the kitchen, bath, etc. Very clean, very spacious and conveniently located to everything from U of AR to historic Fayetteville. Grocery store is within walking distance which was really helpful for us. Host communication was fantastic, especially given our somewhat last-minute booking. Exceeded our expectations and we'll be back next year!

Summary: We had a wonderful time with our daughter’s for mom’s weekend! The house was spacious, clean, and the layout of the property made it a perfect place to spend time with our girls in between all our activities. We definitely recommend!

Summary: We had a great time. The house was perfect for our group. The location with the walking trail behind the house was awesome for our group. We were able to walk to Dickson, frat house and stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Wonderful place! Owners checked on us via text to see if we needed anything, very clean, stocked kitchen, walked to Dixon…The only issue we had was the construction, but that had nothing to do with the owners and we were told in advance. Would definitely recommend!
