Positive: clean and living appliance equipped as described

Negative: during my 11-days stays only got 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 bottles of 500ml water and shared dishwashing liquid ☆☆☆ no hair dryer(I asked for and landlord gave me🤝) you need to prepare everything by your own(i.e shampoo, shower gel, washing powder, slippers, tissue paper, drinking water...)

Positive: It was a nice, quiet zone with decent neighbours. I also liked the home conforts provided.

Negative: location is a bit noisy outside but once you're inside the property that no longer matters.

Positive: The building is very nice. Pool, gym and the coworking space were good. A/C and the internet worked well, which were the two important things for us. Also the host was nice enough to let us check in early.

Negative: There weren't essential supplies. We had to buy hand soap and toilet paper. There were only 2 towels. No hand towel or anything. The sheets were stained. The dishes were dirty and smelled bad. He left us only one key, which made things difficult as everything in the building worked with a key.

Positive: This unit is compact and when one gets used to its compactness one comfortably blends into its space. It is comprised of four rectangular/square rooms. A bedroom, kitchen, shower and sitting room. There is a small bacony attached to the kitchen. There is also a small space with a dressing table and mirror between the kitchen and the shower room. The bed and the sofa were comfortable. The kitchen had basic facilities. There is a fridge, electric hob and a microwave. The shower is spacious so larger people have a lot of space to shower in comfort. There are two shower heads. The veranda is small and the washing machine takes up much of the space. The unit is on a higher floor and is very quiet so you get that feeling you are above it all. The perks coming with the building are a nice swimming pool and a well equiped gym as well as a large reading or work/studying room.Lots of food outlets in the area. A well known BKK shopping mall is around the corner. Although the unit has is own washing machine, there are also washing machines on the ground floor. I did not meet the owner or contact person which was fine. I could phone or text-message him any time and he was immedietly responsive and helped me with issues. I really liked this unit and could have stayed longer and hope to stay there again.

Negative: I could not get the electrical hob to work.It is one of the those touch ones. The remaining space on the balcony between the wall and the washing machine is very narrow so larger and fatter people woud find it difficult to squeeze in. The same can be said for the space bertween the foot of the bed and the wall which leads to the window. So to get to the curtains in the bedroom larger people would have to climb onto the bed an stretch accross. But these last two were not really an issue.

Positive: Excellent condo and facilities in the building. Bed is super comfy. Kitchen has everything would need. Washing machine and good shower. TV has firestick so just log into whichever app to stream. Good wifi in condo but also very good co-working space on ground floor (8am-10pm) which is where I worked most days. Lovely swimming pool. Large markets, shopping mall nearby. Evening drinks and food places a short taxi or motorbike away. Really loved it. Thank you Jum and hope to stay here again in future!

Positive: A nice condo with all you need and more. Pots pans, cutlery. Modern stove top, fan over stove and a balcony with washing machine and drying space. The bed was fantastic, very comfortable. WiFi was steady. Lots of shops and transportation close by. New mono rail, lots of buses, and the Saen saep canal with fast boats to the city. Really like this area.

Positive: The condo is complete with everything that you need for basic living. The great help was washing machine that i really need as we stay there for 5 days come with detergent also. Small little things that i appreciate. There are 7 eleven also next to the building. Around 2km from ramkhamhaeng night market which full of Halal food. Great host, as we arrived earlier that check in time, but the host let us leave our luggage first.

Negative: Quite far from the city. Need to take grab or public transport. The bed is too soft for me, and there is no Netflix available. The room is a bit dusty. After all, it's not an big issue and we really happy with our stay.

Positive: Incredibly cozy and a very nice host! The apartment, the bed, the gym, the pool... Simply amazing!

Negative: I missed some basic things around the house, like hand soap, kitchen paper, etc. Also, the directions weren't clear (I didn't know the name of the building) and the taxi from the airport took me elsewhere the first time around.
