Summary: The ONLY reason this hotel has 4* is because of it's modern and very good gym. The room we had had chipped worktops and one of cupboard doors didn't fit properly. The breakfast was ok if you like chilli/spicy food, although they do a very good omelette.

Summary: The Hotel was overall excellent! The staff were so attentive and friendly, and I loved the pool. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and my room, as well as when I took a quick walk to the nearby 7/11 at night. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, not many vegetarian hot options however I didn’t expect there to be, and I managed just fine with the options I did have. The room itself was lovely, lots of space and the extras such as robes and toiletries were a huge plus. The only downside to me was that the walls were a little thin and I could here road noise, however this is Bangkok so I should expect it!! I still had a lovely sleep regardless! The room was very reasonably priced for my experience and I would definitely visit again, thank you. :)

Summary: This place did try to accommodate me. The first room was just damp and smelled off. Unfortunately the second room, became very damp. Something is not right with the a/c here. Staff was friendly.

Summary: Staff was bery kind, friendly and helpful. Hotel was big and nice. Great value for the money. Breakfast buffet had a great omelet station. Pool was terrific. Gym was superb!
