Positive: We enjoyed the onsen very much and everything was very clean in our room as well as the onsen.

Negative: We had expected that the hotel was a lot closer to the train station than it actually is.

Positive: The bed was a little to hard for me, thats most beds in the hotels throughout Japan, but apart from that I enjoyed my stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, just be ready to have google translate ready.

Positive: the staff were friendly. close to the train station.

Negative: the bathroom, the bathroom door faces the bed, the bathroom door doesn't cover the whole door frame, the smell from the drain seeps into the bedroom. I read other guests stated that they have found hair on the bed, I did too. couldn't believe it, I booked 8 nights but only stayed 2 or 3 nights, had to re-book hotel elsewhere,

Summary: wont not come back to this hotel again.
