Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much and wished we had spent more time there. We went biking, swimming, hiking, played golf and relaxed around the fire pit. The house had an incredible rustic feel but with high end amenities that we expect in the Sun Valley area. Everything worked perfectly including every single light bulb which is rare for most rental properties. We liked that the house was just a 2 minute drive to fly fishing on the big wood river and much closer to Silver Creek than houses in Ketchum, Elkhorn or Sun Valley. Our group was very pleased with the beds which were much more comfortable than typical high end SV rental properties even better than those at higher prices. We are looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you for a wonderful rental experience!

Summary: Bear Lodge is awesome! This home and property is perfect for what we wanted; Space and amenities for our 25+ year old generation to hang and have fun and bond, outdoor spaces, as well as away spaces for elders. It has a park-like setting and even though the house has some mountain lodge-like quirky characteristics, it is also fabulously luxurious at the same time. We staged our family and friends wedding there. It is perfect for a small gathering event! The evenings afterwards, my young adult "kids" shot hoops in the barn, soaked in the sauna and hot tub while others sat around the firepit outside and elders read books in the magestic living room. Dream come true!. The last night the "kids" made popcorn and staged a movie night in the basement room. Three days was barely enough time to enjoy everything the space had to offer. Thank you, Brad, for all the communication and for allowing me to come figure things out, scope the grounds, etc in the days leading up to our stay. I was worried that the proximity of the airport was going to be more impactful, but it really wasn't a problem at all. Keep being real and keep the price within reach and keep on sharing the love and magic this place has to offer!

Summary: The kitchen was well stocked, but the pots and pans were severely worn, to the point of not wanting to use them. The kitchen sink would drain very slowly with a constant dripping noise that made everyone check to see if water was running for 30 minutes after the water was turned off.

Summary: The property was so unique in every way! We loved the decor and rustic barn style throughout the home. There were many bonuses like the game barn, fire pit and lap pool, all of which we used. We didn't know it at the time of the booking but the wedding site ended up being on the same street. Communications with the owner on inquiries we had throughout the stay came to us in a minute which was unreal. We really hated to leave. Our entire family had a fabulous time! The views, deer that crossed though the property, and general ambiance was so awesome. It is roomy and with the high ceilings like being in a palace. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Sun Valley area. Thank you so much!

Summary: We stayed here with a pretty big group, and we had an absolutely incredible time. In particular, both hosts were extremely responsive and super chill. Ken (one of the hosts) went way out of his way to make sure we were properly set up, and he was super helpful during the checkout process as well. Amazing place to stay!
