Summary: This is our go-to hotel for overnight stays in the Xindian area. Comfortable rooms/beds and good service. One thing that could be improved is that there are no shower walls or curtains, everything in the bathroom gets a shower when you do. This was my first time to drive my own vehicle to New California; the parking lot can be conveniently accessed by some stairs up from the riverside parking area but there was some confusion about the parking fee. (They said there would be a parking token they would cover the fee for, the people at the parking lot said there weren't tokens because the hotel could handle it automatically from there, in the end the hotel gave me a certain amount to reimburse for the parking but it was very slightly less than the actual cost)

Summary: Just across from Xindian station on the MRT Green line and a 1 minute walk from the Bitan riverside area. Room was not spotless (mold on shower caulk) but was clean in general and didn't smell like cigarette smoke. Breakfast buffet wasn't very good and seemed like they didn't expect many people to eat it, but the location and rooms are good. Would stay there again.

Summary: Everything would be 10/10 except 2 problems - room smelled like smoke, no shower curtain. Really suggest making a shower curtain, and making sure nonsmoking rooms do not have a lingering smoke smell (I understand some guests may not adhere to rules). Otherwise clean, well designed and modern, excellent value for price, decent breakfast, very nice surprise tiny massage chair in the room.

Summary: Have a self serve laundry, so you don't need a lot of clothes. Across the street ton of public transportation. With new renovation room, small, it's nice.

Summary: From Taoyuan Airport I took a bus number 1968 and got off at the last stop(MRT Xindian station). I asked the driver for the direction to the hotel.

Summary: Overall, the hotel location, the equipment and the breakfast food is good, just not satisfied with the following points:- - The hotel room did not install the security lock. - There is no equipment mirror in the room (only in the bathroom). - The complimentary snacks in the room have been expiry. I hope that the hotel management can improve these points. Summary: Great value for the hotel. Clean, roomy, the two twin beds could have slept 4 people. Breakfast was excellent, not the typical continental breakfast, but Taiwanese style porridge with lots of fixings. Fresh cooked eggs and veggies, too. Would stay here again as it is right across the street from Xindian Station. Very convenient location.
