Positive: The public bath/sauna was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Requesting the hot water for our private in-room bath was easy and convenient. The bed was very comfortable. The location is right off of the old street.

Negative: The hot-pot dinner was not very flavorful, nor was there a lot of variety in it. I would definitely bring snacks to off-set the dinner. Check-in was slightly chaotic, but getting help from the front desk at other times was quite easy.

Summary: We would stay here again!

Positive: Interesting place to stay. Easy to find. Room was nice with own hot spring in the morning. It was great to experience the public hot spring at the hotel. Staff tried their best with limited language. Breakfast and dinner were ok not amazing but ok.

Positive: The food was excellent and location to the river and shops are awesome. Private room with the hot and cold baths were spot on.

Negative: The lights I thought were on the dim side and the place is accessible with elevators and or stairs. The rooms are in separate buildings from the main building with the front desk and dining area.
