Negative: The beds were very firm, and made it hard to get a good sleep. Limited cleaning supplies as we stayed for multiple days.

Positive: The view and location were nice

Negative: We reached out through phone call and email and no one responded. We were supposed to have Wi-Fi, contacted them multiple times and never got any help. Sheets weren’t cleaned and had hairs from previous guests. The cleanliness wasn’t what we would expect. We left early and didn’t stay our last night we paid for.
