Summary: After a wonderful trip last summer, we decided to come back & we're so glad we did. We absolutely LOVE staying here! It really truly is the perfect location - a short drive to all the things we know and love in the area, while also being close to any new destinations we'd like to explore. Summary: We had a great time here. The pictures truly do not do this property justice. The location is great. Just a short drive to downtown TC. We didn’t really get to use the beach, but it was sandy and had plenty of beach chairs set up! The house was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space to all eat together and hang out on a rainy day! Highly recommend this house. We plan to come back :)

Summary: This home is beautiful! The perfect location at the perfect time. It was actually so comfortable and the view was so nice we opted to order in dinner instead of going out! Plenty of space for activities and we used the long dining table to play lots of games! The house was amazingly clean and Nancy was very communicative with me. I highly recommend this place! Summary: The Larson family Lake house was even better than we were expecting! The house was very clean, the location was amazing for water and land activities, and our group had a very comfortable and fun stay! We would definitely return for another stay!

Summary: We love this house, beach and location! The owner Nancy is so easy to work with! The house has 4 bedrooms on the main floor with 3 baths; and the upstairs is a kids haven with 5 beds and a 1/2 bath. Many games, cards, books and beach toys are provided. Many great memories for our family here.

Summary: This vacation home is beautiful, with a beautiful view of the bay! The home is well furnished and the accommodations are perfect for our family. The owners are very easy to communicate with. This is the 5th year we have stayed there and we absolutely had a wonderful time! The water is clean and the beach is very nice! The lounge chairs provided on the beach are so comfortable. Sitting on the large covered deck is wonderful in the evening, watching the sun set! We hope to come back for many years to come!

Summary: This was our second stay at this beautiful beachfront property. The home is conveniently located between Elk Rapids and Traverse City. The views are breathtaking, and the beach is perfect for kids to play on. It is clean and the kitchen is spacious with great cooking equipment. We are excited to rent again next year.

Summary: Couldn't have chosen a better spot for our family vacation this year! Just WOW. The home, the views, and the location really can't be beat. It fit all 11 of us perfectly, with plenty of room to spread out. It had something for everyone - the kids loved playing on the beach, the readers loved the covered porch to relax with their books, the boaters loved the proximity to the launch & we all loved how easy of a drive it was into the city or to the wineries. The hosts were fantastic & made it an easy check-in/out process. Already planning on visiting again next year - we can't wait!
