Positive: We loved everything about this property and our stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and even provided a lovely Devon cream tea on the day of arrival. The house was spotlessly clean and easy to find from the directions provided. It was a totally unique and beautiful property and we feel so lucky that we had the opportunity to stay there.

Positive: The location is great if you want to be in the countryside. (If you expect lots to do on your doorstep go for a City break). This quirky building is at the end of a lane with views over fields and towards Teignmouth. The Alpacas are entertaining to watch and if you like walking there are plenty of beautiful views to take in over the back lanes of Ringmore. Facilities are spacious and the kitchen very well equipped.

Negative: Wifi is limited to the kitchen/living area which may not be popular with younger family members (but very popular with older ones?).

Positive: Large spacious property. Very private location. Well appointed home. Very welcoming owners. Lovely situation very near the sea. Great for families and couples.

Negative: The large rooms took a while to heat. This would not be an issue in the summer.

Summary: Perfect, peaceful, comfortable stay. Would definately stay again. Highly recommend this property.
